This Retirement/Vacation RV Residence is in the friendly residential community of La Jungla Huerta Miranda in the picturesque community of Mulegé. It’s the ultimate in open concept living under a beautifully built stone structure that sits roughly centered on a spacious lot in the corner of the residence park.

The RV parking area is a cement pad and can accommodate up to a 40’ Motorhome or Travel Trailer, with full water/sewer hookups and 50 amp service. (The RV featured in the photos is no longer in this space.)

There is a utility room attached at back of rock structure which includes a gas hot water heater, utility sink, garden tool rack, and washing machine (new 2021). It has a locking iron gate to secure everything within.

A two-story building lies at the back northeast corner of the lot. The second floor addition was constructed in the Fall of 2021. The exterior was recently painted with all trim (inside and out) installed (February 2024).

The ground floor includes two rooms; one a workshop (~ 10 x 12’) with double doors, workbench, and storage shelves; the other (~ 10 x 10’) a storage room with shelving. The front includes a cement apron and outside workbench.

The second story is 14 x 22’ with a 6’ tiled patio that runs the length of the addition. This room serves well for off season storage.

There are patios situated at the front and at the back of the RV structure. The yard area includes a raised garden bed, many fruit bearing trees, a variety of flowering plants, and ample parking.

This Residential Lot is approximately 90’ deep x 100’ wide; surveyed March 2022. This is leased property with a current annual payment of $3600 USD, with a rate increase of 3% every 3 years on a 10 year lease.

This residence is about a ½ mile to a boat launch and the exceptional fishing on the Sea of Cortez; only 20 minutes from the beautiful Conception Bay and her beaches.
